ABOUT US

Unicorn Specialties Trailer Sales and Service started in 1994. Initially work was done out of the home garage installing hitches and troubleshooting wiring. In 1997, a new shop was built at the current location at 2141 Main Rd (Route 5) Corfu NY.

In response to their customer’s requests, Unicorn began to carry enclosed trailers, dump trailers, snowmobile and equipment trailers.

Unicorn Specialties strives to carry a variety of quality reasonably priced trailers. Brand names include enclosed trailers by J&L Cargo Express, Valley Horse and Stock trailers, and Bri-Mar trailers.

In 2000, the business expanded to include snowplow installation and repair. Installations and replacement parts for Western, Fisher and Meyers brands are available.

Unicorn Specialties is a registered New York State repair shop and an authorized dealer for Reese, Mile Marker, BackRack and Dexter. Other services include NYS inspections, wiring, Fabrication and repairs, brake work, and tire mounting. Installations are available for various parts and accessories such as bumper pull and fifth wheel hitches, Tekonsha brake controllers, BacRacks, Dexter brakes and Dexter axles. A limited selection of tow vehicles are also available.
